Smartphone and Camera Photography Workshops - 15th October in Fairford

Local experts (and Lions) Mike Read and Nick Bennett are running their popular Photography Workshops

They’ll show you how to take great pictures with a Smartphone and Camera.

Lesson 1 Smartphone: How to zoom, shoot without shake, set focus, change exposure, enhance colour, switch on flash, shoot portraits, take selfies and master that panorama!

Lesson 2 For DSLR and Bridge Cameras: Learn the basics of photography, aperture & shutter control, depth of field, rule of thirds and composition basics! Practicals on portraits and landscapes in the beautiful setting of Fairford.

Organised by the Lions, all proceeds will go to Help Madina - A charity set up by Fairford doctors, which delivers much needed health care in Sierra Leone, Africa.
